They really enjoyed the sand activity and we\u2019ve looked at his jar a few times since and talked about the colours of the emotions, how they are all mixed up inside him\/us but that talking about them helps us understand ourselves better. It\u2019s an analogy that\u2019s worked really well for him. He\u2019s also super proud of coming up with invincible during the session. x is so much less angry than before our first session and when he gets angry can identify why he\u2019s angry which is huge progress.
