This was a great family session during the summer holidays . The perfect time before the kids went back to school to give them a well being boost!
We ran the session at a local retreat care farm in Berkswell. Running the workshop in this lovely farmyard environment gave the children and their families a lovely opportunity to relax and have fun whilst learning fun tools to help themselves feel calm confident and resilient.
